Ladell rose to the top of Wall Street as the Manager of a $10 billion investment fund, the second largest in the United States.  He moved to Houston to help found and build Smith, Graham & Company, a premier fixed income management company wih over $2.5 billion of assets.  Serving as President and Chief Investment Officer of the company, Graham's clients included a "Who's Who" of the nation's top corporations and municipalities.

Ladell and his wife Gwendolyn are the lead pastors of Triumph Christian Center in Richmond, TX.  Pastor Graham is a dynamic speaker and teacher, who has the ability to help his audience explore, discover and move forward.  He has committed his life to helping others unleash their full potential to fulfill their dreams.
